FOT: Another Way to Separate Work and Rest

Remote workers often experience fatigue due to the lack of clear separation between work and relaxation at home. We noticed that many consciously engage in activities like showering or cleaning to create a mental distinction between these two zones. By leveraging IoT smart hubs, vacuum cleaners, and humidifiers—products commonly used in daily life—we researched unique ways to manipulate these devices to help users psychologically distinguish between work and rest spaces. This project focused on creating intuitive operations that would subtly encourage a mental shift, providing a clearer boundary between work and relaxation.
